Yes... I went there... and I haven't gone there in over three years. My gallery history proves that.

Say what you will about the idea of MK/OC pairings. Me? As long as the OC isn't a Mary Sue and the canon character is actually in character, then I'm mostly open minded about it. Unfortunately, it's, most of the time, hard to determine that just by looking at someone's artwork. I'm more of a fanfiction person, so I naturally find it easier for me to get to know an OC through reading about them.

Also... I do find it hard to believe that the MK characters are nothing more than 'Zomg must kill!!!' as some people like to believe. If that was all the characters were, I don't think I would take as much interest in the characters as I do. The recent story mode in MK 2011 is a pretty nice example of the kind of characterization I like to see for the most part.

On a few smaller notes on the art itself;

-I'm planning to make a profile of Alex soon, as I realized I never made a proper one for her in my gallery. This way, people can get to know her a little more if they haven't read my fanfiction.

-If ever Kenshi gets paired up with an MK character in the canon, I'll welcome it with open arms. Not that it would happen, but you never know.

-As most have mentioned here and there, there has been a growing number of MK OC's as of late... I've had Alex around for 8 years.
